Heir
of Insanity perform their classic acrobatic balancing act upon a self-contained
turntable backed with a twinkling black star cloth,
contained within an inflatable bubble.
MINIMUM
AREA REQUIRED:
- minimum floorspace 6m depth
5m width
- minimum height 4.5m
For Health & Safety reasons, it is suggested that there is 1m of
clear space around the stage/performance area.
POWER REQUIRED:
- A 13A or 16A Socket is required to power the 250W fan for the inflatable
- We provide a 12-Volt Continuous Discharge Battery to power the podium
- If performance outside of UK, a battery will need to be supplied on
location.
P.A. SYSTEM:
- For CD playback
(If requested in advance, we can provide our own 1000W PA system.)
LIGHTS REQUIRED:
- Ideally floor lights positioned close to the bubble, toward the sides
and angled inwards.
-Any lighting from the front can reflect off the Bubble.
- If adequate lighting is not available, please contact Gina on the
details given below, otherwise lighting to be set during technical rehearsal.
STAGING:
-Star Bubble is a large inflatable, consideration is required for staging
and scheduling.
- Initial preparation -45 minutes. This can be on stage or elsewhere
in a sutable space.
-Ideally the Star Bubble will be pre-set. However it can be lifted in
to position and inflated in approximately 6-7minutes. (2 strong helpers
would be beneficial).
- De-rig approximately 5 minutes to deflate, roll up and remove from
stage.
OTHER
PARTICULARS:
- Directions & any passes to be sent before the event.
- Nearby parking if possible.
- A secure room for pre-show warm-up, make-up & costume -Prep.Time-1
hour.
- Light refreshments during the event.
WHEN
ABROAD:
If performance outside of Uk, a battery will
need to be supplied in location for our revolving podium. However
we do suggest when abroad that we are supplied with a small piece
of staging to avoid freighting over our revolving podium:
1m depth x 1m width x 0.3m height. Ideally wooden or carpeted top
and no sharp corners, 8 rubber edges ideal.
